Dufour 512 is 15.2 meters long overall, with a maximum beam of just under 5 meters, which gives you an incredibly large deck surface for a sailboat, and also plenty of interior space due to smart usage of space. It has a sail area of 100m²which gives it plenty of power even in low winds, and makes the sailboat fast. Thanks to its shape, and build this does not sacrifice stability, which is also due to the 2.30 meter draft. The interior of the yacht comes in a 3 or 4 cabin layout, with 6 or 8 berths, respectively. Each cabin comes with its own toilet for the highest level of convenience. In the middle of the interior, a staircase leads from the cockpit to spacious, luxury saloon, where you are sure to spend some incredible evenings, among friends enjoying some delicious Croatian food and wine. Smart space management makes all the interior areas feel open, which is also a feeling aided by an abundance of natural light let in from a number of windows, ports and hatches.

Similarly to renting a car, chartering a boat requires a security deposit. The deposit, refundable after check-out, covers you and your fellow passengers against accidental damage and ensures that contractual obligations are met. The security deposit varies in value depending on the model and brand of the boat. It will be returned to you after the boat has been inspected and is deemed undamaged. You can choose to purchase the refundable security deposit, or pay a one-off deposit waiver fee instead.

It also provides insurance in the case of the charter not being able to provide the boat selected at booking or an alternative vessel!

You can get in touch with the skipper as soon as you’ve completed your booking. Our skippers are highly qualified and knowledgeable about their locality. They all speak English. The skipper is to be payed in the marina at the check in (for crewed charter, the crew is already included in the price)

A Transit Log is a variable payment, which can include the following: bed linen, cleaning, on-board Internet connection, tourist tax and base marina fees. The details of the Transit Log differ depending on the boat, location and charter partner. Once you choose your boat, our team will be able to outline the specifics of the Transit Log associated with your booking.

There are marina fees and fuel costs which vary depending on the type, duration and location of your sailing holiday. Marina fees need to be paid at each marina you choose to dock overnight – the amount varies but you may be able to find this information in advance by contacting the marinas directly. Fuel costs depend on whether you’re you like to sail or go with the motor.

Fuel est.: 250 – 350 €
Mooring fees est.: 200 – 400 € Presuming that most of the nights will be on the anchor or mooring buoy. Some people will go entire week with only 150 € spent on mooring fees. It also depends on the weather. It is safer to be in marina if there is a storm.
Food: 450 €+ (provisions for boat + skipper) Please note that this does not include dinners in restaurants. Meals in restaurants are 15 € for pizza and soft drinks, while full meals are 25-35 € per person.
VAT is included in all the prices.
